Kimchi BBQ Crusted Pork Chops topped with a honey/soy/maple jalapeño glaze.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Egg wash pork chops and coat with crushed upSouthern Recipe Small Batch Korean Kimchi BBQ Pork Rinds.
  2. Fry in avocado oil until cooked (I cooked them until they were to an internal temperature of about 145Fº)
  3. Combine honey, syrup, and coconut aminos (or soy sauce) to create a delicious, keto-friendly glaze.
  4. Serve pork chops with glaze poured on top (mix up the glaze ingredients and heat on low, stirring continuously).
  5. Top pork chops with jalapeños.
