To us, pork rinds are part of our tradition. It started out as a way to use up the whole pig but we couldnât stop snackin. Generations later weâre still crunchinâ on the tasty, protein-packed snack.
Itâs less complicated than it seems.
After careful inspection, we cure and smoke the pork skin. This process is what gives all our rinds that rich, smokehouse flavor.
We send the pellets through a machine to shake âem up and get âem separated.
Then theyâre off to the fryer! A tad bit of moisture combined with the heat makes the pellets explode to 5x their normal size.
