In a large bowl (perhaps your favorite mixing bowl to mix in), dump in the salmon, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chives, and crushed pork rinds until mixed in such a state that you feel like you’ve done the best mixing job that could have ever been asked of you.
Use your hands (or feet, if you feel like they’re best suited for this step) to form the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil and butter together in a skillet that you use when you want the food to be delicious!
Fry the salmon cakes until both sides are golden brown and desirable.
Remove from skillet. Eat. Do dishes.
