Is there anything as delicious with a more salivating name than a salmon cake? Yes, yes there is. But the keto diet is strong with you and the name of the game is finding new favorite dishes!

That’s where THIS Keto Salmon Cake recipe comes in handy. It’s got everything: salmon, flavor… pork rinds!

So, grab your favorite pork rind flavor and settle in for this easy meal!


  • 3/4 cup of your choice of pork rinds, crushed
  • 24 oz. canned pink salmon, drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter


  1. In a large bowl (perhaps your favorite mixing bowl to mix in), dump in the salmon, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chives, and crushed pork rinds until mixed in such a state that you feel like you’ve done the best mixing job that could have ever been asked of you.
  2. Use your hands (or feet, if you feel like they’re best suited for this step) to form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter together in a skillet that you use when you want the food to be delicious!
  4. Fry the salmon cakes until both sides are golden brown and desirable.
  5. Remove from skillet. Eat. Do dishes.
