Air Fryer Keto Pork Rind Pickles

The hype was real and you bought yourself the fanciest air fryer available.

But now, after a few weeks of air frying everything, you're left with the question... what else is there?'re in luck. We searched far and wide for the best air fried pickle recipe! It turns out that our friends at Mt. Olive had the same idea. So what did we do? We partnered with the pickle maestros to create an air fried concoction like no other.

Whether you're looking for the next low-carb, keto diet food to get the most of your air fryer... or you need that familiar flavor of a sour crunch that take you back to the county fair, we have that very specific recipe for you!

Really pickle passionate? Air fry these bad boys in Spicy Dill pork rinds... served with a side of Spicy Dill pork rinds. 


  • 2 cups of your choice of pork rinds or chicharrones, crushed
  • No sugar added Mt. Olive Pickles. Slices or Spears.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • Pork rinds or cracklins on the side (remember those Spicy Dill ones we mentioned earlier?)


  1. Crush 2 cups of pork rinds inside of a heavy duty resealable bag as if they were the Marcia to your Jan.*
  2. Dump those pork rinds into a bowl and mix with the paprika and garlic powder. 
  3. In another bowl, beat those two eggs. 
  4. In yet another bowl, pour the almond flour.
  5. Decide who has to do the dishes. We recommend each grabbing onto a pork rind and breaking it. The holder of the smaller piece will be today's dishwasher.
  6. Dredge your pickles in the almond four.
  7. Dip into the egg.
  8. Coat, liberally or conservatively, into your pork rind mix.
  9. Air fry for 15 minutes at 375ºF. 
  10. Eat. Then repeat steps 1-9 for maximum enjoyment.
