Pork Rind Ramen Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package instant ramen
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp everything bagel spice or to taste
  • Hot Honey pork rinds

Directions:

  1. Cook the ramen according to the package directions and drain well.
  2. In a pan, heat up the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes. 
  3. When the garlic is soft, stir in the honey and soy sauce.
  4. Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Push the noodles to one side of the pan.
  5. Turn the heat up and add the lightly beaten egg to the pan. Scramble until set.
  6. Enjoy hot topped with everything bagel spice and crushed pork rinds.
