Seasoning Directions
Seasoning pork rinds is as easy as 1-2-3-4.
- Remove hot pork rinds from the fryer and make sure any excess oil is drained.
- Immediately place the sizzling hot rinds into either a large bowl or paper bag. Note: the temperature is key to ensure the seasoning "sticks".
- Add about 2 tsp of seasoning per serving. Shake (or vigorously stir) to mix the seasoning so it's evenly attached to the rinds.
- Not enough seasoning for you? Add more in 1 tsp increments and repeat until you've created a chicharrones masterpiece.
